About

Looklet is a brand new styling studio where you can combine every piece in our fashion collection to mix, match and create your personal looks. All clothes are real, selected by stylists, from real designers.

By the sweat of our brow, and our aching backs, our collective wardrobe is growing by hundreds every week.

We are bringing in the latest trends from top designers.

We are chasing down the coolest vintage from dusty stores and attics.

We are keeping track of new designers, and highlighting promising students.

We are inviting exceptionally stylish people to lend us the gems of their own wardrobes, so we can share them with you.

And we’re just getting started.

Why?

Because LOVE! That’s why. It’s all about the love for creativity, style and old-fashion new-technoloy fun. We don’t sell clothes, we create looks.

This is fashion in a way the world has never seen before.

myShape.com - About myShape

A Little Company with a Big Idea

MyShape started around a kitchen table in September 2004. Soon we had to add more chairs around the table, and Louise’s driveway couldn’t fit anymore cars. We’re still around one table, but it’s a big conference table in an office.

The idea germinated in response to a problem shared by women of all ages and sizes: finding clothes that both fit well and flatter our body shapes. We all deserve great clothing in wonderful, exquisite textiles and designs that celebrate our body shapes.

The idea has transformed into MyShape.com, an online retail store created for you. Your store (called your Personal Shop™) is where you’ll find clothing matched to your measurements, your body shape and your preferences.

About MilkOrSugar | MilkorSugar

MilkOrSugar is a review of everything you can customize and order online.

Here you can find your custom made samurai sword, perfume, bicycle, shoes, dresses, bags, drum kit, jewelry, skateboard, scooter helmet, sleeping bag, lingerie, scrabble board, candy and coffee. All things customized, with new products and new reviews every day.

For we love to tweak. Beauty and utility are, to us, very personal.

In 2008 we noticed a stream of ‘customize-your-own’, ‘build your own’ and ‘design your own’ sites coming to the market. So we built a database of online customization. Initially to serve our curiosity, that became this website. You could call it the the web‘s first Customization Portal.

We offer the best sites for your built to order any-product. Sites that deliver to your country, for your budget and on time. From vendors you can trust.

We only publish sites that create something physical, a product you can touch. Sites that allow you to customize, order and pay online with a decent interface. So car or kitchen configurators are, for now, excluded.

We considered three names for our site. Stuffmyway(.com) turned out to be so boring and generic that we forgot it when testing it with friends. No go. Pink Spaceship(.com), as in “someday, you can design your own spaceship here”, turned out to be too distant. That left us one option for a name…

MADE-BY :: Label for sustainably produced fashion.

June 30th, 2009 in DIY, Fashion by admin

MADE-BY Track&Trace follows the trail of your clothes. With the MADE-BY code in your garment you can find out where your garment was made and by whom.
In this way, MADE-BY brands open up the doors to the production process. They can’t guarantee that all their clothes have been manufactured in a 100% clean and honest way. A garment completes numerous stages before it ends up in a store, and brands do not have the power or resources at their disposal to change all of these stages for the whole collection in one go. But in the meantime, they show their progress. MADE-BY Track&Trace is the very first system to trace the origin of clothes.

Sense of Fashion - Shop & Share Indie Fashion! Unique items, vintage, one of a kind, street fashion and 2nd hand

June 30th, 2009 in Collaborative Design, DIY, Fashion by admin

Our vision, here at Sense of Fashion, is to create an online home for independent fashion designers, trendsetters, fans and shoppers. We don’t believe in an artificial separation between the different elements which compose the real live indie fashion scene, and we want to enable all these elements to come together in one place online.

We do so by offering a place where anyone who’s into indie fashion – from designers to fashionistas and from street-fashion bloggers to fashion students – can show off their creations, personal style and style picks, where you can easily sell, shop, interact, influence and be inspired.

For designers, Sense of Fashion provides an online shop with a live clientele base and access to clear and open communication with buyers, fans and other designers. For trendsetters and fashion fans we provide a stage to show off their original styles, favorite designers and shopping decisions. For shoppers, this will be the biggest gallery and shop for independent fashion, including vintage and second hand, but most importantly one-of originals and new unique designs.

Sense of Fashion answers the mutual need of indie designers and fashion fans and shoppers  to reach each other: to attain access to a large selection of unique fashion items from all over the world; and to be exposed to a large variety of consumers (not only private, but also trend spotters and commercial buyers) from all over the world. Sense of Fashion is the first such comprehensive solution for this need, in a social environment.
